AQUESTA LAND CORP was originally founded in 1999 to design and complete Phase 3 of the prestigious Highland Woods subdivision in London Ontario. The project was a 13 lot infill subdivision which at the time set land value records in the City of London and featuring large lots backing onto the Highland Woods Golf Course and Country Club. Aquesta worked directly with approved builders to retain architectural control with very specific building design parameters from all natural building materials featuring brick and stone, from mandatory garage placement set back from the main entranceway.

AQUESTA was retained for the project management of the building of a handicapped accessible 4plex by Participation House, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting people with developmental, medical, and/or complex physical needs so they can live in their own homes, and participate in the community with family and friends. Our involvement including negotiations with the builder, contract development and meeting with the organization and builder to create solutions and project workflow.

AQUESTA, principally owned Airbnb - renovation and redesign to convert living spaces previously used for home use to short term rentals. This included everything from examining and redirecting traffic flow, separating living spaces from hosting spaces, renovation as required and casual upscaled decorating to provide comfortable and beautifully decorated listings to enhance a sense of well being for guest's experiences.
